Out of District Testing
  • Can the Willow Chase Assessment Center proctor a test from another college or a correspondence course? 
    • Absolutely!  The student makes all the arrangements with the college or university to have the test sent directly to the Assessment Center.  Usually there is some type of verification documentation required by the originated college - please contact your college to gather required this paperwork. 
    • Testing materials can be send to:

    • Proctor Name: Deborah Polk - Proctor
    • Photo identification is required with a fee of $25 per test, payable at the Business Office.  Payment for out of district testing is due prior to starting the exam. 
    • Exams from other colleges usually take 10 business days to arrive at our Testing Center.  Please call ahead to verify that your exam has arrived in our office before coming in for testing.   The proctor on duty will be more than happy to confirm what materials will be permitted on your exam so you can arrive prepared. 
    • Completed exams will be turned via U.S. mail service - we cannot be responsible for scanning or faxing testing materials to out of district schools.  If prior arrangements are made you can pay at the Business Office (for a charge of $20) to have your exam send Federal Express - but this service is not available on Saturdays. 
    • Will I need an appointment to take a out of district exam? 
    • No – we do not accept or require appointments for out of district testing.  All other testing is done on a first-come-first-served basis.  We do encourage you to verify with your college the time allotment allowed for your exam.  You can refer to our schedule to verify our hours – please make sure that you allow yourself enough time to complete your exam before we close.  Seating for instructor/out of district exams ends one hour prior to closing time.  Please be aware that will only allow you one hour to complete your exam - if you need more time please come early.
